Ah thank you!

I wash my hair 1-2 times a week and use a curl defining shampoo and conditioner (this line). I comb out the knots as I’m washing it (I don’t brush my hair otherwise) with a wide-tooth comb. Then I let it air dry. 

The way my hair is cut is what really makes it work the way it does though. I’ve got a lot of layers in my hair (the shortest ones are around chin length, and the longest are basically at my waist). Having all those layers helps keep the curls stay nice and not get weighed down, and it keeps my hair from having that “triangle shape” (you know what I mean if you have thick curly hair lol).

I had a lot of bad bad BAD hair days (years tbh) before I got my hair cut like that. If you can, try finding a stylist who understands how to work with curly hair because it does not work the same way as straight hair does and too many people cut curly hair the way they would cut straight/wavy hair and it sucks.

Hey! They’re actually not my shorts, they’re my boyfriend’s. I believe he got the whole 2007-2008 away kit (the no. 19 Messi one haha) from a relative in Iran several years ago.

I’m studying environmental science. Yes, it is what I want to be studying :) 

It’s definitely unexpected considering the mindset I had a few years ago; I was really into liberal arts/social sciences, and vowed to take as little math and science as possible haha. I got lucky and wound up being exposed to some fantastic instructors and courses in math and science and I’m so thankful. I’m so happy with what I’m doing now and I can’t wait to continue and keep learning. Thank you for the question btw~
